1. Basic Provisions

1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the legal relations between Kraftec, s.r.o., Gen. M. R. Štefánika 1939/7, 914 51 Trenčianske Teplice, Business ID: 54 072 247, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 466861/R, and any natural or legal person who expresses interest in purchasing goods based on an order or a separately concluded contract.

1.2 No amendments or deviations from these terms, whether stated in the customer's order or in any other documents, including shipping documents or the customer's general terms, are binding on the seller unless the seller expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

2. Definition of Terms

2.1 Seller – Kraftec, s.r.o., Gen. M. R. Štefánika 1939/7, 914 51 Trenčianske Teplice, Business ID: 54 072 247.

2.2 Customer – a natural or legal person who expresses interest in purchasing goods.

2.3 Goods – products and services offered by the seller through the website www.gostainless.eu and other associated websites belonging to the Kraftec group (www.kraftec.sk), or otherwise presented by the seller.

3. Offer, Ordering Goods, and Conclusion of a Purchase Contract

3.1 The seller's offer is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

3.2 The order becomes binding once confirmed by the seller.

3.3 A purchase contract is concluded upon order confirmation.

3.4 The seller reserves the right to deliver ±10% of the ordered quantity. Such delivery is deemed to fully satisfy the contractual obligation.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1 The purchase price is agreed by mutual consent.

4.2 The price valid at the time of order acceptance is binding.

4.3 The seller may change prices due to market conditions, with prior notice.

4.4 Payment shall be made by bank transfer within the invoice due date.

4.5 Late payment interest:

• 0.05% per day for the first 30 days
• 0.10% per day from day 31 to day 60
• 0.15% per day after 60 days

The Seller may also charge a €40 recovery fee and additional recovery costs.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery depends on the Customer’s cooperation.

5.2 Goods will not be delivered before receipt of advance payment, if agreed.

5.3 Delivery may be by shipping or personal pickup.

5.4 Transport method is determined by the seller.

5.5 Delivery times are estimates unless agreed otherwise.

5.6 Delivery is completed upon handover of goods.

5.7 The customer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

5.8 Visible defects must be recorded on the CMR and delivery note. Hidden defects must be reported within 48 hours with documentation.

5.9 The customer confirms receipt by signing the delivery note.

6. Liability for Defects and Transfer of Ownership

6.1 Risk transfers to the customer upon receipt.

6.2 Uninspected visible defects cannot be claimed later.

6.3 Untimely claims exclude withdrawal from the contract.

6.4 The seller is liable only for damages caused by the seller.

6.5 The seller does not cover removal or replacement costs.

6.6 Ownership transfers after full payment.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 These GTC prevail over any customer terms unless agreed in writing.

7.2 Separate written agreements take precedence.

7.3 Matters not regulated are governed by the Commercial Code.

7.4 Slovak law applies.
